Bills are due on the 10th of the month with a last payment date of the 20th by 5:00 p.m.  If payment is not received by 5:00 p.m. on the 20th a $30.00 fee is added to the bill and the service is disconnected on the 21st.  If the 20th falls on the weekend or holiday an extra business day is given.  NO EXTENSIONS ARE ALLOWED.  Payment options and location(s) are as follows:
-Cash, Check or Money Order, Debit and Credit (a fee will be charged for this service)
-You may mail the payment in (no postmark dates accepted) to P.O. Box 8, Rose Hill, N.C. 28458 or an in office payment at the Town Hall, 103 SE Railroad Street, Rose Hill, N.C. 28458.
-A drop box is located at the police department entrance, however, if a payment is placed in the box after hours on the 20th please include the $30.00 fee as the bill is still considered late and shall still be disconnected on the 21st.
